It is a practice to obtain tools of awareness, breathing, and relaxation to implement in your daily life so that the way you move about life will become your regular maintenance and self-recovery.
We offer our 30 years of experience teaching yoga in a form of virtual yoga classes to teach you to adjust yourself by cultivating awareness, breathing, and relaxation to initiate your self-healing process that becomes your way of life.
The regular practice of Yoga offers:
Self-awareness - Develops the ability to feel the sensations of the body from the gross to the subtle, to notice the connection between the mind and the body and the influence of stress on the misalignment of our body. When the body is aligned, there is a better flow of energy and therefore, the function of all the eleven systems of the body is optimized.
Deep Breathing - Reduce stress and improve the function of respiratory and immune systems. The Yogic breathing technics provide tools to calm down our nervous system and experience a more peaceful state of mind.
Relaxation - Activates the parasympathetic nervous system - release, relax recover. And reduce the activities of the sympathetic nervous system of fight-flight-freeze. Offering the body a true moment of ease.
