Elongation its the art of effortless practice in yoga, it allows us to connect more parts of the body into a deeper opening and energetic flow. This is the guided Savasana, the relaxation pose, you can watch it or use it for your personal practice. The first 5 minutes are a guide to pay attention to the different parts of the body. The rest are instructions for a deeper relaxation. If you are short in time use the first 5 minutes but it would be ideal that you use the full guided relaxation instructions to get all the benefits.
