All our Hatha Yoga classes are 75 minutes long. We encourage slow, meditative practice emphasizing breath and awareness, while creating physical and emotional balance, as well as strength and flexibility. In these Hatha Yoga classes we include Vinyasa (Flow), Asanas (Posture), and relaxation while using our rich postures and series vocabulary to fit the practice to the practitioners and not the practitioners to the practice. We dare to s l o w and to stimulate our body so every practitioner is able to find their own individual limits and work from there.
The aim of Hatha Yoga practice is the state of Meditation or as stated in one of the Yoga scriptures Hatha Yoga Pradipika by Swāmi Svātmārāma 1/1: “The goal of Hatha yoga is Raja yoga (the yoga of the mind)” On this path to meditation (Raja yoga) the side effects will be strength, flexibility and in general a healthy body, you will experience a much more relaxed mental state after the classes and would have a better capability to deal life's challenges. |
Sadhna classes are a day opening sessions which take place Monday to Saturday at 8:30am.
During 60 minutes we will dive into Vinyasa (follow), Asana (posture), Pranayama (breathing exercise) and will conclude in a silent meditation. It is a great opportunity for beginners who are new to the practice as well as seasoned practitioners who wish to establish a long lasting, consistent practice routine. |
~ You can come as early as 15 minutes before each class.
~ We provide complementary yoga mats.
~ We have dressing rooms where you can change.
~ It is recommended not to eat 2 hours before a Yoga class.

Ardhanarishvara
Is a form of the Hindu god Shiva and his consort Parvati. It represents the synthesis of masculine and feminine energies of the universe (Purusha and Prakriti) and illustrates how Shakti, the female principle of God, is inseparable from Siva, the male principle of God. The union of these principles is exalted as the root of all creation.
