This Class is meant to give us better understanding on different aspects of the hatha yoga practice, to cultivate awareness and build up strength.
You will find in this class a practice based on the philosophy of the hatha yoga incorporated with different aspect of anatomy.
The practice is done slow to cultivate awareness and the ability to relax while being in intense positions.
Always ask a Doctor before practicing yoga to make sure that your physical condition allows you to practice. Don't push yourself beyond your limits, our practice is all about listening to your body and not injure it. 
Our style is not for pregnant women. Inverted postures are not recommended to women during menstrual period.

We think and many times it is being presented to us in that way for many reasons (not all of them are for our benefit but more to the benefit of the presenters).
The process of cutting of separating is a function of the mind the practice of Hatha yoga is to start and see god everywhere even in our simple common day life.

Elongation its the art of effortless practice in yoga, it allows us to connect more parts of the body into a deeper opening and energetic flow. 





















This is the guided Savasana, the relaxation pose, you can watch it or use it for
your personal practice.
The first 5 minutes are a guide to pay attention to
the different parts of the body.  The rest are instructions for a deeper
relaxation.
If you are short in time use the first 5 minutes but it would be
ideal that you use the full guided relaxation instructions to get all the
benefits.
Try not to fall asleep and maintain your awareness...
